Dimension Investments has successfully completed the allocation of "Fast Bank" CJSC’s USD denominated 6% fixed-rate coupon bonds.

The terms of the bonds are the following:

• The annual coupon rate of the bonds: 6%
•  Volume of the placement: USD 4,000,000
•  Nominal value of one bond: USD 100
•  Coupon frequency: quarterly

The placement takes place between December 15, 2023 and April 15, 2024
