Vazgen is also an associate in Dimension Legal RVS.

Vazgen has a dual degree in bachelor's of law from the French University in Armenia and Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3 and has a master’s degree in private law. Following his studies, he worked at “Veolia Jur” CJSC (the water systems manager in Armenia regulated by the RA Public Services Regulatory Commission) for two years, as an in-house counsel.

His areas of expertise are: corporate law, compliance, legal due diligence, company incorporation and restructuring, he has particular interest in water and mining law.
