Prior to joining Dimension CJSC, Asthik was an assistant lawyer, after which she worked for two years in the administrative department of the "National Burn Center" CJSC of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia.

Astghik received her Master's degree while studying at the Northern University of Armenia in the Faculty of Law․
