Elizar Bubnov possesses extensive expertise exceeding eight years in the field of cross-asset structuring and trading, primarily within emerging and frontier markets. Before joining Dimension, he served as Vice President, Structuring at Renaissance Capital, where he held responsibility for manufacturing and distributing structured products across Renaissance's key markets.

Additionally, he was in charge of structuring projects in Sberbank’s Wealth Management block and in KIT Finance. Under Mr. Bubnov's leadership, KIT Finance's structuring team received notable recognition, including the Euromoney Institutional Investor SRP Award for 'Best Performance, Europe' as well as nominations for 'Best Distributor, Eastern Europe,' 'Best Yield Enhancement Distributor, Europe,' and 'Best Capital Protected Distributor, Europe' in 2019.

Elizar holds a bachelor's degree in Finance and a master's degree in International Finance, both from Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University.
