According to the decision No. 1/294A dated 24.06.2022 of the President of the Central Bank of Armenia, the program prospectus of coupon bonds of "FAST CREDIT CAPITAL" UCO CJSC was registered.

Dimension investments is the underwriter of "FAST CREDIT CAPITAL" UVC CJSC AMD and USD nominal coupon bonds.

The underwriting will take place between July 13 and July 19, 2022.

The total volume of the first placement is AMD 500,000,000 and USD 3,000,000.

The total volume of issuance of AMD bonds is a maximum of AMD 1,000,000,000, and in the case of USD bonds is a maximum of USD 10,000,000. The nominal value of the bonds is AMD 100,000 and USD 100.

The annual coupon yield of the AMD and USD bonds is respectively 11.5% and 6.25% with 24 months of maturity period.

The placement of bonds will be carried out through the placement system of the Armenia Securities Exchange.

According to the signed contract, "Dimension" CJSC will carry out the placement of the bonds issued by the issuer with the participation of 10% of the tranche.
