“DIMENSION” CJSC ACTS AS THE UNDERWRITER OF "FAST BANK" CJSC’S AMD DENOMINATED 11.25% 30-MONTHS FIXED-RATE BONDS.

Dimension Investments is appointed as Sole Underwriter for Fast Bank CJSC’s AMD denominated 11.25% fixed-rate coupon bonds. The placement takes place between November 17, 2023 and February 27, 2024.

The terms of AMD bonds are the following:

-Coupon rate: 11.25% per annum
 -Volume of the placement: 1,000,000,000
 -Nominal value of one bond: AMD 100,000
 -Coupon frequency: quarterly
 -Maturity period: 30 months

In addition to the new placement of AMD bonds, Dimension Investments continues the placement of the USD denominated fixed-rate annual coupon bonds until December 27.

The terms of USD bonds are the following:

-Coupon rate: 6.20% per annum
-Volume of the placement: USD 4,000,000
-Nominal value of one bond: USD 100
-Coupon frequency: quarterly
-Maturity period: 30 months

Bonds are profitable financial instruments that have a number of advantages, including:

-- The funds invested in nominal securities issued by the bank are considered guaranteed bank deposits and guaranteed by the Deposit Guarantee Fund for the amounts stipulated by RA legislation.
-- Interest income from listed bonds in the Republic of Armenia is exempt from income tax and non-resident profit tax,

-- If the bonds are sold before the maturity date, the investor will still receive the accrued interest.

Fast Bank’s bonds will be listed on the Bbond platform of the Armenia Securities Exchange, and the quotation will be carried out by the market maker in order to ensure the liquidity of the bonds.
