Dimension Investments is the underwriter of 'Fast Bank' CJSC’s USD denominated 6% fixed-rate coupon bonds.

The terms of the bonds are the following:

•  The annual coupon rate of the bonds: 6%
•  Volume of the placement: USD 4,000,000
•  Nominal value of one bond: USD 100
•  Coupon frequency: quarterly

The placement takes place between December 15, 2023 and April 15, 2024.

The interest income from listed bonds in the Republic of Armenia is exempt from income tax and non-resident profit tax.

The funds invested in bonds issued by the bank are considered guaranteed bank deposits and guaranteed by the Deposit Guarantee Fund for the amounts stipulated by RA legislation.
