Dimension Investments has successfully completed the allocation of "Farm Credit Armenia" UCO CC՛'s AMD denominated 12․25% fixed-rate coupon bonds.

The yield of weighted average price is 12․213% . 

The terms of the bonds are the following:

• The annual coupon rate of the bonds: 12․25%
• Volume of the placement: AMD 1,200,000,000
• Nominal value of one bond: AMD 100,000
• Coupon frequency: quarterly
• Maturity period: 30 months
• Maturity date: 02.11.2026 
• The placement takes place between May 2, 2024 and May 8, 2024.

The purpose of issuing bonds by the issuer and subsequent placement is to attract funds that will be directed towards facilitating lending to agricultural holdings.

According to AMX CEO’s decision (ՏՊ-002-04/24) on April 29, 2024, "Farm Credit Armenia" UCO CC’s nominal, coupon bonds will be placed on Armenia Securities Exchange's placement platform on May 2, 2024.
