We are pleased to announce that Dimension Investments has successfully completed the placement of FINCA UCO CJSC’s nominal coupon bonds within just one day.
☑️ During the auction held on July 21, 2025, at the Armenia Securities Exchange, the bonds were fully allocated, reflecting strong demand.
▪️ Total demand - AMD 1.7 billion,
▪️ Total placement Volume - AMD 700 million,
▪️ Cut-off price - 100.3755,
▪️ Cut-off yield - 11.6%,
▪️ Annual coupon yield - 11.75%.
These results demonstrate investors’ high confidence in FINCA UCO CJSC and the strong demand for its bond issuance.
