Ineco Group Acquires 65% Stake in Dimension Investment Company

Ineco Group announces the acquisition of a 65% stake in Dimension CJSC, an investment company. Recently, Ineco Group’s CEO, David Baloyan, and Dimension’s founder-shareholder, David Hakobyan, signed an agreement. The transaction has received approval from the Central Bank of Armenia.

The acquisition aims to strengthen and expand Ineco Group’s presence in the investment services market, as well as to enhance the Group’s financial and technological infrastructure. This includes specialized solutions in securities transactions, investment advisory, asset management, and research and analysis.
