Armen has experience in the financial field since 1993.

Armen has served on the boards of over 20 companies and co-founded and is managing partner of Redmount Capital Partners and Redmount Mergers & Acquisitions (Redmount). 

Redmount operates through offices in Newport Beach, California and New York, and has grown since 1993 by bringing together the banking, institutional asset management, M&A, and private equity experience of its managing partners to execute complex business strategy and capital management objectives.
