On April 7, 2025, the bonds of The Crowdfunding Formula LLC (TCF), one of Armenia’s leading companies in innovation and non-traditional investment solutions, were officially listed on the Armenian Stock Exchange (AMX). 

Dimension CJSC, as The Crowdfunding Formula LLC (TCF)’s underwriter, was also present at the Bell Ringing Ceremony.

The Crowdfunding Formula LLC (TCF), a well-known international marketing agency, is the first of its kind in Armenia to issue bonds.

The Bell Ringing Ceremony's tradition dates back to the 19th century, marking important events (for example, the listing of securities) on Securities Exchanges around the world.

Through this bond issuance, TCF aims not only to diversify its funding sources but also to provide new opportunities for local investors.

TCF bonds, with a total nominal value of AMD 400 million, have been listed on the exchange’s secondary bond market (Bbond).

On April 8, Inecobank CJSC was granted the status of market maker for The Crowdfunding Formula LLC’s bonds.

The allocation of the bonds took place between January 7 and February 24, 2025, and was carried out by Dimension Investments․
