The bonds have been fully placed.
☑️The placement will take place from August 20, 2025, to November 20, 2025.
The terms of the bonds are the following:
✅The annual coupon rate of the bonds: 13.5%
✅Volume of the placement through the public offering: AMD 250,000,000
✅Nominal value of one bond: AMD 100,000
✅Coupon frequency: quarterly
✅Maturity period: 36 months
✅Maturity date: 20.08.2028
