Dimension Investments plans to start the placement of "Finca" UCO CJSC՛s AMD-denominated 11.75% fixed-rate coupon bonds on November 24, 2025.

It should be noted that since 2017, this is the 20th issuance of bonds by FINCA Armenia.

☑️The placement will take place on Armenia Stock Exchange's placement platform from November 24, 2025, to November 28, 2025. 

Also, it should be noted that only the unsold portion of the previous auction’s volume will be transferred to the next auction day.

The terms of the bonds are the following:

✅AMFNCAB2KER7

✅The annual coupon rate of the bonds: 11.75%
✅Volume of the placement through the public offering: AMD 838,000,000
✅Nominal value of one bond: AMD 50,000
✅Coupon frequency: quarterly
✅Maturity period: 36 months
✅Maturity date: 24.11.2028

By decision No. ՏՊ-005-11/25 of 19 November 2025 of the Chief Executive Officer of Armenia Stock Exchange (AMX), the nominal coupon bonds issued by Finca UCO CJSC have been admitted for placement on the placement platform of Armenia Stock Exchange (AMX).
